How long is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time of each service varies. All projects shouldn't take longer than 21 business days. The opportunity to add a rush fee is available for all services.

Does the consultation fee go towards services?

Yes. If services are booked within 14 days of the consultation, the $50 fee will go towards the selected service. The discount will be reflected on the invoice.

Are payment plans available at checkout?

Yes. ShopPay is available at checkout for all services.

Can I request a custom service?

Requesting services outside what is provided is not available at this moment.

Do you schedule the emails for me?

No. Currently, we do not schedule emails on behalf of our clients. Please book a strategy session to discuss the best way to read your data and send email campaigns.
